I ordered two of the same bowls and I only received one that I ordered and received a different bowl that was not mine. I had to contact customer service and they are processing my other bowl. I like the product but the shipping department really dropped the ball.

loved the three bowls ordered but still waiting for a Christmas ornament that was ordered prior to these looks like its lost in the mail some where in the world still waiting for a replacement one it means a lot to me to receive it as it has a puppy which has passed away a few years back & waiting him with us on the tree for Christmas
